"We are following armed conflicts on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border in recent days, accompanied with losses, with concern", noted in the statement, released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova, APA reports.
"Moldovan MFA extends condolences to the families of martyred people and calls on conflict sides not to apply force, to continue attempts aimed at non-aggravation of the situation, and find a political durable way of solution, based on rules and principles of international law.
The Republic of Moldova is in favor of peaceful solution of the conflict on the basis of respect to sovereignty, territorial integrity of Azerbaijan within the framework of its internationally-recognized borders", noted in the statement.
