Russia and Turkey agreed on a joint ceasefire control center in Nagorno-Karabakh, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov told reporters that the Lachin region was transferred to the control of Azerbaijan, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, the personnel of the Joint Center will be equal to that of the two countries: "According to the memorandum signed between the Russian Defense Ministry and the Turkish Ministry of National Defense on November 11, an agreement was reached on the location and management of the Joint Russian-Turkish Center. It will be located in Azerbaijan. The number of Russian and Turkish servicemen will be equal in the organizational structure of the joint center.
