NATO welcomes cessation of hostilities in and around Nagorno-Karabakh, says Stoltenberg

"Our main message is that a political process is needed to resolve the conflict," NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said in response to a question on Nagorno-Karabakh at a press conference after the virtual conference of NATO foreign ministers today, APA reports.

"We must prevent war and violence. Of course, we welcome the cessation of hostilities in and around Nagorno-Karabakh. This is our main message. Azerbaijan and Armenia, both countries are NATO partners, but as you know, NATO is part of this conflict. not the other side,” Jens Stoltenberg added.
