Armenia facing defeat on battlefield and serious losses in terms of military personnel has come to a deadlock, APA reports.

Armenia’s Prime minister Nikol Pashinyan who sees that they are not already able to replace the lost military servicemen, has been forced to declare mobilization again.

This time, Armenia’s Prime minister announced general mobilization of the military servicemen who were demobilized from the army ranks during the last one year.

Whereas according to Armenia’s legislation, the military servicemen who were demobilized from the army ranks during the last one year can’t be involved in general mobilization.

This shows that the Armenian army that sustained heavy defeats on the frontline after the counteroffensive operation started by Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces on September 27 has faced lack of military personnel and specialists. Armenia’s prime minister who has come to a deadlock doesn’t even refrain from violating the laws.

Note that after the counteroffensive operation started by Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces on September 27, the general mobilization was declared in Armenia.
