OIC will support the restoration of mosques and schools in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan

"We congratulate Azerbaijan on its victory," said Djibouti Ambassador to Saudi Arabia and Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dya-Eddine Said Bamakhrama at the press conference on the results of the visit of permanent representatives of OIC Contact Group countries to Ganja and Aghdam today, APA reports.

Dya-Eddine Said Bamakhrama noted that OIC consists of 57 member states and they currently represent these states: “After 44 day war we had the opportunity to travel for the first time. We saw Agdam completely destroyed. We witnessed previously existed city was razed to the ground.”

Permanent Representative of Djibouti to the OIC noted that within the framework of the visit he visited ganja, they saw destructions committed as a result of rocket blows inflicted on Ganja: “Purpose of the visit was the implementation of adopted resolutions within the framework of OIC and hold discussions on steps to be taken by the government of Azerbaijan after this. After that, the implementation of certain programs within the OIC in order to ensure the return to the liberated lands can ensure the construction of mosques and schools. Our support to Azerbaijan will continue.”

Dya-Eddine Said Bamakhrama brought to attention that Islam is a religion love, peace and solidarity: “We are glad to see Azerbaijan’s victory. We should do our utmost to speed up the welfare process.”
