OSCE Chairman: “Real risk exists for escalation of situation over Nagorno Garabagh conflict”

^{“A real risk exists for escalation of the situation related to Nagorno Garabagh conflict”, Slovakia’s Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, OSCE’s acting Chairman Miroslav Lajčák said while his speech in 26th meeting of OSCE Ministerial Council in Bratislava, APA reports.}

^{He noted that Slovakia has done works aimed at building confidence, a decrease of tense, and continuation of dialogue in the margins of OSCE Minsk Group process throughout the year.}

^{“If we want to solve conflicts, we should firstly start from measures of building confidence and creation of safety environment”, stressed OSCE Chairman.}

^{M. Lajčák noted his country believes in OSCE and the organization still can make the region a safe zone.}
