The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has released the text of a document signed with the participation of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia, APA reports.
Military operations will be suspended from 00:00 on November 10.
According to the report, the occupied territories of Aghdam region will be returned to Azerbaijan by November 20, 2020.
Russian peacekeepers will been deployed along the line of contact in Nagorno-Karabakh and the Lachin corridor for five years.
A peace center is being set up to monitor the ceasefire.
It will ensure the connection of Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia.
Armenia will liberate occupied Kalbajar by November 15 and Lachin by December 1.
The IDPs will be returned to the liberated territories.
There will be an exchange of prisoners of war and corpses.
