Certainly, the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides give great support to this work. Moreover, close cooperation regarding the establishment of the Joint Center on the control of the ceasefire and all military operations in Karabakh has been established between Russian and Turkish Defense Ministers in order to ensure stable peace and security in the region.

Alongside this, great work has been carried out by Azerbaijani leadership regarding the establishment and provision of such beautiful Center.

In fact, this is a new stage in our peacekeeping activity. There is a beautiful sample of our cooperation with Turkish servicemen in Syria. I would like to say to Russian and Turkish servicemen that how fast and lasting peace is here depends on your actions. I wish success to everyone”.
