Lavrov also noted that the agreements of November 9, 2020 enshrined the agreement of the parties to ensure communication between Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh through the Lachin corridor, which will be under the control of Russian peacekeepers.
“The November 9 statement reflected the issue of creating a new corridor parallel to the Lachin corridor, as well as a corridor between the western regions of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan.
