Another humanitarian cargo has been delivered to the Nagorno-Karabakh territory of Azerbaijan by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
The head of the group of Russian MES in Nagorno-Karabakh Vadim Garshin told journalists that necessary construction materials have been delivered to residents affected by military operations, for the restoration of socially important facilities, apartments and facilities: “We plan to receive, unloading and delivering to the population of 54 wagons with a total weight of more than 1,200 tons of humanitarian cargo.”
