Russian President holds phone conversations with Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents

Russian President Vladimir Putin has held phone conversations with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, according to the press service of Kremlin, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

It was stated that during the telephone conversations, the work of Russian peacekeeping forces in Nagorno-Karabakh and additional steps to provide humanitarian assistance to the population were discussed. 

During the telephone conversation, economic relations in the region, as well as the restoration of the transport and communication system were touched upon. 

In addition, V. Putin discussed the implementation of the agreement on Karabakh with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and N. Pashinyan and the results of the visit of the Russian interdepartmental delegation to Baku and Yerevan on November 21.
