Scottish company participates in demining of Azerbaijani territories, liberated from occupation

"We are participating in the project of demining of Azerbaijani territories, liberated from occupation. I have personally participated in the neutralization of both anti-personnel and anti-tank mines in different countries so far," said Representative of a Scotland Company David Clark, APA reports.

He said that they will start demining operations in Fuzuli district from tomorrow.

D. Clark noted that they are not attending detection of mines, they organize only their neutralization: “I have already carried out these operations in several countries. I have directly participated in the neutralization of hundreds of anti-personnel and anti-tank mines.”

D. Clark noted that they will be in Azerbaijan for 3 months adding they will carry out training for Azerbaijan’s specialists in the field during this period: “During this period, 6 to 8 mine clearance specialists will be trained. They will be provided with certificates after training ends.”
