Russia and Turkey are finalizing an agreement on the location of a joint ceasefire monitoring center for Nagorno-Karabakh, said Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoygu at a meeting on the Russian humanitarian mission in Nagorno-Karabakh chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"As part of the memorandum on the establishment of a joint Russian-Turkish center to monitor the ceasefire and control all military operations in Azerbaijan, the agreement with Turkey on the location and responsibilities of the center is nearing completion," he said.
