Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu has informed his Kuwaiti counterpart on occurrences in Central East, Southern Caucasus, and Karabakh, APA reports.

Turkish FM noted in this regard at the joint press conference with Foreign Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Ahmad Nasser Al Mohammad Al Sabah.

According to him, the ceasefire reached in Karabakh is an important opportunity.

"Along with the welfare of the region, there is an opportunity before us to implement important projects and normalize relations. If Armenia appreciates it positively, the South Caucasus may become a region of peace and stability in the future,” emphasized the head of the Turkish MFA.
