Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament meets with UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan

Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarova has met with UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan Gulam Ishaqzai, press and public relations department of Milli Majlis told APA.

Speaker stated that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to the development of relations with prestigious international of the world, including the UN. She stressed that the Baku office of the organization actively participates in various events that are held in the country.

Speaking about the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno Garabagh conflict at the meeting, S. Gafarova noted with regret that 4 resolutions adopted by the UN regarding this conflict has not been implemented so far.
