Co-chairs of the Ukrainian-Azerbaijani working group on interparliamentary relations, Valery Kolyukh and Vladimir Kreydenko, have sent a letter to Azerbaijani Parliament expressing deep concern over the events in Ganja and the violation of the ceasefire, press service of Parliament told APA.

məktubda ukraynalı deputatlar mülki əhalinin hərbi əməliyyatların tərəfi olmadığını vurğulayaraq, Ermənistan tərəfindən beynəlxalq hüquqları pozma cəhdlərini qətiyyətlə pisləyiblər.

Emphasizing that the civilian population is not a party to military operations, in the letter, Ukrainian MPs strongly condemned Armenia's attempts to violate international law.

Ukrainian parliamentarians have noted that the further escalation of the conflict, which can lead to new casualties among the civilian population, is unacceptable and supporting the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Ukraine, as before, supports the peaceful settlement of the conflict.
