“In order to start negotiations regarding Nagorno Garabagh conflict work is underway over different schemes,” said the official representative of Russian MFA Mariya Zakharova held in the briefing today, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
“One of them is the suggestion by us to hold the meeting of Russian, Azerbaijani, and Armenian FMs with the participation of OSCE Minsk group co-chairs in Moscow. We are conducting consultations with the parties on possible timing to hold negotiations in this format. We will inform the public about all the measures taken in this field,” said M. Zakharova.
