“I am a little bit disappointed by our recent meeting with my Armenian colleague held in New York with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs,” Azerbaijani FM told “Izvestiya” newspaper, APA reports.
"Unfortunately, we are not talking about the negotiations but about the meeting. We must sit and substantively negotiate with Yerevan on a document that is on the table today,” emphasized the Minister.
According to E. Mammadyarov, it is essential to start substantive negotiations to make progress and resolve the conflict politically.
