Javad Zarif: "We support settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict within territorial integrity of Azerbaijan"

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has commented on frequent violations of the ceasefire on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border.

Javad Zarif told APA's local bureau that Iran has always supported the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.

Note that Armenia has made provocations against the border positions of the State Border Service on the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border. A few days ago, Armenian snipers fired at a KamAZ military truck moving in the opposite direction from the combat positions of Azerbaijan.

In addition, on July 28, 2019, around 10:00 pm, Azerbaijan's combat positions and military vehicles moving in the rear were once again fired upon by the enemy.

Enemy snipers fired at a UAZ vehicle with the sign of “Military Medical Aid” and a red crescent mark.

The enemy fire was repressed by return fire.
