Azerbaijan has organized the 53rd General Assembly of Parliamentary Assembly of Black Sea Economic Cooperation in a very high level, 10 out of 12 countries participated at the event”, said The Secretary-General of the Parliamentary Assembly of BSEC Asaf Hajiyev, APA reports.

A. Hajiyev has also commented on the absence of Armenian delegation at the 53rd General Assembly of Parliamentary Assembly of Black Sea Economic Cooperation: “Armenian delegation requests warranty and security letters from us as always. That letter has been provided to them. We have Armenian representative in the International Secretariat of the organization, and he is participating in the event. They require a letter for the previous assembly meeting held in Baku and that letter has also been provided to them, but they had said that letter has not sent to them. We proved that a letter has been sent to them, and then they approved that. After that Armenia delegation approved that letters have been sent to them, but they have lost it in their stationery. This is a very unserious issue. Armenians play games”.
