“We always encourage both sides to refrain from the rhetoric that seems to promote violence or escalate tensions,” said US ambassador to Azerbaijan Lee Litzenberger commenting on Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's "Nagorno-Karabakh belongs to Armenia" statement at the "Pan-Armenian Games" in Khankendi.
"We are looking forward to two Foreign Ministers meeting soon, hopefully in September . And that will the continuing the process of dialogue and the Minsk Group Co-Chairs and that is what encourage both sides to focus on," added US ambassador
