The Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers – Sergey Lavrov, Elmar Mammadyarov and Edward Nalbandian – held a tripartite meeting in Moscow April 28 on the initiative of the Russian side, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Hikmat Hajiyev told APA

The sides widely discussed the substantive talks held last year in Vienna and St. Petersburg at the level of the presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, said Hajiyev.

“The results of the tripartite talks held in Moscow will be reported to the presidents of the three countries,” he noted.

The foreign ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia held a tripartite meeting in Moscow April 28 to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict’s settlement.

The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk also joined a certain stage of the meeting.
