“I see that after me there has been no substantial change in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” said former EU special representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby, APA reports.

He said that the main problem is that there is no change.

"I, the European Union and Switzerland hope that we can find a solution to this conflict,” he added.

Speaking about the 6th Baku Global Forum, Semneby said that in recent years, Azerbaijan has played the role of an important platform between the West and the East.

He noted that the South Caucasus is an important and neighborly region for the EU.
