"France is helping to find a peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Yves Le Drian said in a statement to the press following his meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, APA reported
The French minister said that his country has huge obligations as a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group.
"The status quo is not a solution. We want peace and stability in the region, hoping that in the next few months France will be more actively involved in the efforts to find a solution. We will continue our relations in this direction on an international level," he said.
