OSCE reps meet with deputy head of Aghdam district executive authority

Simon Tiller, field assistant to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office and Colonel Vladimir Minarik, head of the OSCE High-Level Planning Group (HLPG) on Tuesday met with first deputy head of the Aghdam District Executive Authority Allahveren Aliyev, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.

The OSCE representatives were informed that Armenian armed forces have 552 times opened fire at Azerbaijan’s settlements since 16 January 2018.

Following the meeting, the OSCE representatives crossed the contact line of troops under the supervision of high-ranking officers of Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry.

The OSCE is due to monitor the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops on July 10. The monitoring will be held under the mandate of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
