"The events of last night on the front, once more show that Armenia neither respects the international law, nor the principle of territorial integrity of the country, in general, does not feel responsible for its actions”.
Vice-Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova told APA commenting on the Armenia’s latest provocation on the front.
Bahar Muradova said that Armenia tried to prove that so-called "Nagorno Karabakh Republic" is an independent body by holding so-called "referendum". But after the failure of this initiative, tried to divert attention, by committing provocation on the front: "Armenia’s these actions aimed to attract the attention of the international community. At the same time it commits provocations on the front and in the information sphere. The Armenian armed units targets peaceful Azerbaijani civilians. Military provocations have become a key tool for Armenia”
According to the vice-speaker, Armenia ignores the international community, international law: “Actions of the Armenian military are a provocation, not anything else”.
Vice-Speaker noted that Armenia is involved in negotiations only to imitate, to show itself: "Armenia has never demonstrated a constructive position in the negotiations. And international community knows it; Armenia is trying to maintain the status quo. If in the negotiations and shows the desire to agree with something, does it in order to present the puppet regime as a party to the conflict. Our goal is to participate in the negotiations is diametrically different from the Armenian. That is makes obstacle in the negotiations and commits provocations on the front in order to maintain the status quo. This is the intention of Armenia”.
