Although it is often stated that Nagorno-Karabakh is Azerbaijani land and the occupation should be brought to an end, the world is unwilling to resolve this problem, Turkey’s ex-foreign minister Hikmet Cetin told reporters in Baku on Thursday, APA reports.

“I wouldn’t say the world doesn’t have the power. It is just that the world is not willing to do it. If the international community makes use of its power, this protracted problem can be resolved, and I think it is important for peace,” Cetin said, noting that Turkey always stands by Azerbaijan in the resolution of the Karabakh conflict.
