Ekmeleddin Mehmet İhsanoğlu, the 9th Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the Member of Nizami Ganjavi International Center congratulates the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the surrending and disarmament of terrorist armed groups as a result of the local anti-terror measures in Garabagh, APA reports.
The letter reads:
