"One of the issues that needs to be clarified with the Armenian side is the issue of communication between Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. I mean both the railway and the highway," said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev as he received EU Special Representative Toivo Klaar, APA reports.
"Because I informed President Michel about the railway that we have already built 60-kilometer part of 100 kilometers in the Azerbaijani territory and will complete the construction next year. But unfortunately, they even have not started technical and economic argumentation of this work in Armenia and this shows that the process may be delayed," said the President.
