"We are rebuilding Karabakh, we are mobilizing our resources to strengthen our economy. Because without that it will be not very easy to allocate substantial funds," said President Ilham Aliyev as he made a speech at the international conference under the motto “South Caucasus: Development and Cooperation” held at ADA University, APA reports.
"At the same time, we are advocating peace agenda in the Caucasus. And I think that all the tracks, and initiative are in our hands. And this initiative serves and should serve the cause of peace," stressed the Head of state.
