"We have plans to create sports facilities in all other liberated cities," said President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at a ceremony dedicated to sporting results of 2022, APA reports.

"Of course, first of all, we must return the former IDPs to their ancestral lands, and work in this direction is underway. First of all, schools, hospitals and other infrastructure facilities should be created. However, sports facilities aren’t and won’t be forgotten, of course," noted the President.
