The President of Azerbaijan will create a special management body in the area where the state of emergency is applied, APA reports.
This is the central management body established in the area where the state of emergency is applied to coordinate the work related to the elimination of the conditions that led to the application of the state of emergency, as well as a special administrative body created by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the event that the temporary special management body of the territory where the state of emergency is applied is unable to perform its functions properly.
