Azerbaijan's President emphasized the fighting lasted less than 8 hours and was stopped: "It is true that the Armenian side did not start to observe the ceasefire regime immediately, but the ceasefire regime has been observed for almost two days. There are border conflicts. But the main thing is that it was possible to stabilize the situation and bring it to peaceful conditions. According to the information I have received from the places, as I said, the situation has been stabilized for almost two days now. Now the main issue is not to disrupt the process of normalization of relations, which is starting, and to move forward in this direction."
