Recep Tayyip Erdogan noted that Turkish-Azerbaijani relations have first reached the level of strategic partnership and strategic alliance with the Shusha Declaration: “Baykar's Akinci drone flew from Turkey to Azerbaijan and broke a record. We have raised the relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey to a level that is an example to the world. It is especially important that my visit takes place in the year of Shusha, the ancient city of Azerbaijan. ”
