"Tomorrow, the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia will meet," said President Ilham Aliyev at the meeting dedicated to the finals of the first half of this year, APA reports.
"This will be the first meeting between the ministers, and we hope that the meeting will have results. Since I had several meetings with the Prime Minister of Armenia, representatives of Azerbaijan and Armenia had a meeting. There have been no bilateral meeting between foreign ministers, it is the first meeting. But the issues already discussed are on the table. I think that this meeting may have a positive result that the Armenian side forms its own working group," the head of state said.
