The event, which was attended by about 600 guests at Lancaster House, was attended by UK state and government representatives, members of parliament, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Britain, ambassadors and military attachés, representatives of various communities, including Lord David Evans, Lord Gurban Hussain, a member of the House of Lords, Baroness Manzila Uddin, Bob Blackman, head of the British-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary relations friendship group, academician Nargiz Pashayeva, member of the Board of Directors of the Nizami Ganjavi Scientific Center of Oxford University.
