"Armenians still living in Karabakh region of Azerbaijan are citizens of Azerbaijan," President Ilham Aliyev said addressing the First Azerbaijan National Urban Forum in Aghdam city, APA reports.
Head of state has noted that Azerbaijan will not hold a discussion regarding their living in their lands with any international player and it is Azerbaijan's internal affair.
"Karabakh is Azerbaijan! The Second Karabakh War proved it on the ground. During the occupation, no country in the world including Armenia recognized the artificial structure. That is why we do not discuss issues related to our internal affairs with any international institutions, as well as any country regardless of its size and potential."
