"All potential has been gathered and mobilized for the return of former IDPs to liberated territories as soon as possible," President Ilham Aliyev said addressing the First Azerbaijan National Urban Forum in Aghdam city, APA reports.
Head of state has noted that these are just a part of what Azerbaijan does now: "We have fully restored electricity supply of the all liberated territories and I hope that we will start construction of 230 MW solar power plant in Jabrayil soon. In general, we have assessed potential of alternative energy in liberated lands, and the initial analysis show about 10,000 MW. We have already held the inaugurations of several Hydro power plants. Total power of all Hydro Power Plants will be more than 500 MW."
