"Deliberately delaying by Armenia the opening of communications creates an imbalance in the region," said President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at the opening of the IX Global Baku Forum on "Threats to the Global Order", APA reports.
"For a year and a half, Armenia has been using the Lachin road for this unimpeded connection. However, Azerbaijanis cannot use the Zangazur corridor, which will connect us with Nakhchivan, and the road passing through Armenia. This is not fair and we will not agree with it. Therefore, I think that Armenia's deliberate delay in granting us access to this road is unproductive," said the head of state.
