"Historical experience shows that conflicts cannot last forever," said President Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the special conference of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) on "Security and cooperation: the role of political parties" held in Baku, APA reports.
"Ensuring peace and security between Azerbaijan and Armenia based on international law and the principle of justice is a requirement of the period and time. From this standpoint, the exchange of knowledge and experience of political parties to contribute to international peace and security, expansion of opportunities for cooperation is commendable," the head of state emphasized.
