“Azerbaijani President noted that the opening of communications is not part of a possible peace agreement,” said President Ilham Aliyev in an interview with Azerbaijani TV channels in Prague, APA reports.
“It has more to do with the essence of the issue. Because this is the commitment that Armenia took upon itself on 10 November 2020 but did not fulfill. Today, when I again asked the Prime Minister of Armenia to finally give us a route for the highway, unfortunately, I still did not get an answer. It is not even funny because there isn’t not that big of an area there. Everyone knows where the railway and the road should pass," President Ilham Aliyev noted.
