Relations between the Movement and the European Union had been established for the first time in the history of the Non-Aligned Movement during the chairmanship of Azerbaijan, said President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with President of the Republic of Latvia Egils Levits in a limited format, APA reports.
