President of the Swiss Confederation Alain Berset has sent a letter of congratulation to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occassion of the Independence Day of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
The letter of congratulation reads:
"His Excellency Mr Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Your Excellency,
On behalf of the Swiss Federal Council and Switzerland's citizens, I am pleased to offer my congratulations to you and your fellow citizens on the occasion of this year's Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
