We still would like to ask you maybe to let us to another push that we can get it done as not much left done that needs to be negotiated, as you know," said Special Envoy of the European Union for the Eastern Partnership Dirk Schuebel while he was received by President Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
"So if we can have our bilateral agreement agreed it would be another major step forward, of course in our bilateral cooperation. Another reason we are being here is we are happy to hear your views, your ideas. We will convey them to our leaderships in our respective capitals and otherwise we are simply happy to be here and grateful to be received by you, Mr. President," said Dirk Schuebel.
