"We are also working with allies to strengthen NATO's eastern and southeastern wings. We support the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence of countries, we want a world where these principles are respected. The US supports the independence and sovereignty of Azerbaijan, this is deep and real support.
Regarding the war in Ukraine, I would like to emphasize once again that we must not allow Russia to win in Ukraine, because in this case, these principles, which we believe, will be threatened in other parts of the world", said US Assistant Secretary of State.
