Thus according to the World Anti-Doping Code, the doping controlling test of the athletes who committed anti-doping violations from the date it was taken until the date of decision all the results he obtained are canceled. It means that the mentioned athletes have already been punished. This step is taken regardless of the size of the result gained during that period or the prestige or importance of the competition. It does not matter whether the athlete participates in any competition until a decision is adopted. Because of this reason, this and other allegations mentioned in that report are baseless and biased. The leadership of the Azerbaijani National Olympic Committee has not written such a “gratitude” letter. It is impossible for the leadership of the Azerbaijani National Olympic Committee to write such a letter and making such an allegation is nothing but an obvious bias."
