The first prize-winners in acrobatics sports have been announced at the Second European Games in Minsk, Belarus, APA’s Minsk correspondent reports.
Azerbaijani representatives have also demonstrated their skills in the dynamic movement of mixed pairs.
Azerbaijani competitors Ruhidil Gurbanli and Abdulla al-Masaihi have competed in the fight for eight pairs.
Azerbaijani athletes have finished the game with second place with 28,830 points.
Thus, Azerbaijan has won its first medal at the II European Games.
The winners of the competition were Viktoriya Aksyonova and Kirill Startsev (Russia) with 29,060 points.
Note that Durdana Ahmedova has also been in the judges' brigade.
