The opening ceremony of the 2nd European Games kicked off at the National Olympic Stadium "Dynamo" in Minsk, Belarus, APA correspondent reports.
The opening ceremony attended by the Azerbaijani team, started as 3,000 volunteers entered to the stadium.
Officials from Azerbaijan are represented by a delegation led by Speaker of the Milli Majlis Ogtay Asadov. The delegation includes Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov, National Olympic Committee Vice President Chingiz Huseynzade and other officials.
