Baku hosts conference â€œHeydar Aliyev and religious policy in Azerbaijan: Realities and Prospectsâ€

Head of the State Committee for Religious Communities Hidayat Orujov said representatives from over 20 countries are attending the conference.
The Committee chief said religious tolerance in Azerbaijan can be a model for the whole world.
Caucasian Muslims Office head Haji Allahshukur Pashazada addressing the meeting said the high level religious tolerance was ensured and construction of mosques and worship centers was provided during Heydar Aliyevâ€™s leadership.
â€œWorld supreme religious leaders were delighted by religious tolerance in Azerbaijan while visiting our country. Azerbaijanâ€™s tolerance experience should be studied and introduced to the whole world,â€ he stressed.
Several documents will be signed during the two-day conference. /APA/
