Meeting of OTS religious leaders in Shusha ends-PHOTO-UPDATED

The official part of the meeting of religious leaders of the Organization of Turkic States in Shusha has ended, APA reports.

Salman Musayev, the first deputy chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Board, read the text of gratitude to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, of the Council of Muslim Religious Leaders of the Organization of Turkic States.

In the end, the Mufti of Uzbekistan Nuriddin Kholiknazarov read prayers and wished for the unity of the Turkic states and the Islamic world.

The event of Muslim religious leaders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is being held in Shusha, APA reports.

The event is attended by the Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade, Secretary General of OTS Bagdad Amreyev, Head of Religious Affairs of Turkiye Ali Erbash, Mufti of Uzbekistan Nuriddin Kholiknazarov, Chief Mufti of Kazakhstan Naurizbay Taganuli, Mufti of Turkmenistan Yalkab Khojaguliyev, science, religion, political and public figures.

The first joint statement of Muslim religious leaders of the Organization of Turkic States was signed at the meeting.
